We will be at the HR Technology Conference in Las Vegas at the beginning of October. Our hope is to walk away with 7 or 8 solid contacts for integration of our psychological tests into larger recruiting and tracking systems. We have spent the last 3 months totally revamping our system for the American market and have spent a lot of time and energy on getting our personality matching system ready for prime time.
The hard work is done, now we just need to find more companies to buy it :)

I have been hearing and reading a lot about unemployment in the States, so I will be writing some articles to help out job seekers and employers over the next few weeks. A little exploration to learn if/what I can do to help out.
I just finished a 6 month project at my work. I can now proudly point you toward the web site of my employer without hanging my head in silent shame (the design was really ugly). But, thanks to the power of WordPress and the excellent help from my colleague on the Dutch side, I was able to put together a site that actually looks okay.
