Consultations
    Discuss what your problem/situation is and analyze the different solutions available to you.  Ideally, this would include a face to face meeting (if you are located in Western Europe) so that I can learn more about what you need, what you want, and how you will use the solution.  Simple consultations, (discussing options) will be billed at 45 Euros per hour.  If you eventually decide to implement your solution with Oakbox Productions, this fee is waived or applied to the costs of the contract.  This consultation will produce a written proposal restating your requirements and some suggestions for how to implement those suggestions. 
    If face to face communications cannot be arranged, phone and email communication will be substituted.  For this type of consultation, a minimum of two hours will be billed.

Web Application Programming
    Application programming is performed at a rate of 60 Euros per hour, billed in 10 minute increments.  This rate is exclusive of Value Added Tax (called BTW in the Netherlands) which is 19%.  (see Terms and Conditions for general contract information)  Special rates may be negotiated for especially large contracts or for projects that require extremely fast implementation times.

Upgrades
    Upgrades are billed at the Web Application Programming rate.

Maintenance
    Maintenance performed on an Ad Hoc basis is billed at the Web Application Programming rate.
    Maintenance agreements (or Service Level Agreements) are available.  These maintenance agreements have a monthly cost that is paid whether any work is requested or not.  At the end of each month, you will receive an itemized accounting of time spent and work performed.  Work will not be performed over the monthly allotment unless specifically approved by the client.  Hours over the montly allotment are billed at the Web Application Programming rate.
 

Hosting
    Web hosting is available for customers of Oakbox Productions.  These servers are maintained and administered by Oakbox Productions and are constantly monitored for security, stability, and data integrity.  Because of the security risks associated with some third party code, only clients using Oakbox Productions code are elligible for this service.
    Hosting costs 100 Euros per month and includes 50 Gb monthly bandwidth, 20 Gb server space, <200 email boxes, and generous space on a 2.5Ghz processor with 1Gb RAM.  (These specs may improve over time)
